An order is accepted when Ruby Avenue confirms it for processing or dispatch. If an order cannot be accepted for any reason, any payment taken for that order will be refunded.
Order refusals
Ruby Avenue may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, stock or supply issue, suspected fraud, incomplete information, or another genuine problem with fulfilment.

Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly depending on screen settings, garment size, printing placement, or production variation. The goal is accuracy, not magic.

Most Ruby Avenue items are made to order. Dispatch times shown on the website are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, launches, holidays, or circumstances outside normal control.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing depends partly on the courier and destination.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Ruby Avenue cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Change of mind
If you buy online as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you cancel within that period, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If an item is faulty, incorrect, not as described, or does not meet your legal rights as a consumer, please get in touch as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved properly.
