Shipping & Delivery
How your order gets from here to there.
Ruby Avenue clothing is made to order. Your artwork is already designed — your garment is produced when you order rather than sitting in a warehouse waiting for somebody to notice it.
Most orders need a short production window before dispatch. Delivery time then depends on your destination and the service used.

Production Times
Made to order means it is not teleporting tomorrow.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the garment, colour, print method and where the order is being fulfilled.
01 / You Order
It Comes Through.
Your order is confirmed and queued for production. Unlike a shelf full of pre-printed stock, your garment is being prepared specifically because you ordered it.
02 / It Gets Made
Usually 2–5 Business Days.
The garment is printed and prepared for dispatch. Production time can vary slightly depending on the item, colour, fulfilment location and how busy things are.
03 / It Ships
Then The Courier Gets Involved.
Once dispatched, delivery speed depends on the destination and service used. Tracking information is provided where the selected service includes it.
Where Your Order Is Made
Designed here. Produced where it makes sense.
Every piece of Ruby Avenue artwork is designed by Ruby Avenue. Depending on the product, availability and destination, the physical garment may then be produced directly by Ruby Avenue in Northern Ireland or through a trusted production partner.
For selected USA and rest-of-world orders, producing closer to the customer can make delivery quicker and more practical than sending every parcel halfway around the planet first.
The important bit.
The artwork does not change.
Every design remains original Ruby Avenue artwork regardless of where the garment is produced.
The fulfilment location may.
Selected orders can be produced closer to the customer where appropriate.
Why?
Quicker, more practical delivery and considerably less unnecessary travelling for a T-shirt.
Delivery Estimates
Rough guide. Not prophecy.
Production time comes first. Once dispatched, delivery varies by destination, carrier, customs and the occasional mysterious decision made by a parcel network.
01 / United Kingdom
UK Delivery
UK orders usually arrive within a few working days after dispatch. Remember that the production window happens before the parcel is handed to the delivery service.
02 / United States
USA Delivery
Where possible, selected USA orders may be produced closer to the customer through a trusted production partner. This can reduce delivery time compared with sending everything from Northern Ireland.
03 / Europe & Worldwide
Further Afield
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. Some countries are impressively quick. Others prefer to give the parcel a little character development.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Postal delays, customs processing, weather, seasonal demand and carrier disruption can all affect delivery once an order has left production.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you get it.
Tracking details are provided where the shipping service includes them. Some delivery services offer full tracking while others provide more limited updates.
If tracking is included with your order, the details will be sent once the parcel has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Charges
The awkward international bit.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, handling fees or other import charges depending on the destination country.
Where possible, fulfilment is arranged to keep delivery straightforward. However, customs rules are controlled by the destination country rather than Ruby Avenue.
If additional customs or import charges are applied before delivery, those charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a country decides your parcel needs an unexpected administrative adventure before handing it over, unfortunately Ruby Avenue does not control that process.
Quick Answers
The usual questions.
Everything people usually want to know before wondering whether the parcel has fallen into another dimension.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Most Ruby Avenue items are made to order. Production normally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch, so a short wait before shipping is completely normal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Orders under £50 are £3.49 to ship, while international orders of £50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Is UK shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is currently free on all UK orders.
Why could my order be made elsewhere?
Selected orders may be produced through trusted partners closer to the customer. The artwork remains Ruby Avenue; the shorter journey simply makes more sense.
Will I get tracking?
Tracking is provided where the selected delivery service includes it. When available, tracking details are sent after dispatch.
What if my parcel is delayed?
If the parcel appears properly stuck rather than simply moving slowly, contact Ruby Avenue with your order number and the details so we can look into it.
