Ruby Avenue items are made to order. The artwork is designed by Ruby Avenue, then each order is produced when it comes in rather than sitting in a warehouse pretending to be busy.
Some orders are produced and packed by Ruby Avenue in Northern Ireland. Selected orders may be produced by trusted production partners closer to the customer, especially for USA and rest-of-world delivery. This helps keep shipping quicker, more practical, and slightly less ridiculous.

Production Times
Made to order means it is not teleporting tomorrow.
Most Ruby Avenue items are made to order. That means there is a short production window before dispatch rather than a huge pile of stock waiting on a shelf trying to look busy.

Your order comes through and gets queued for production.
It gets made
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the item, colour, print method and fulfilment location.
It ships
Once dispatched, delivery speed depends on where it is going and which shipping service is used.

UK
UK orders usually arrive within a few working days after dispatch.
USA
USA orders may be produced closer to the customer through a trusted production partner where possible. This helps reduce delivery time compared with shipping everything from Northern Ireland.
Europe & Rest Of World
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier and customs processing. Some places are quick. Some enjoy character development.
Delivery estimates are only estimates. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, busy seasonal periods or general courier nonsense are outside Ruby Avenue’s direct control.
Tracking
When available, you will get it.
Tracking details are provided where available. Some services include full tracking, while others are more limited. If tracking is included with your order, you will receive the information once the parcel has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Charges
The awkward international bit.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, handling fees or import charges depending on the destination country.
Where possible, shipping and fulfilment are set up to keep delivery smooth. However, customs rules are controlled by the destination country. If additional charges are applied before delivery, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your country decides to hold a parcel hostage until a fee is paid, that is unfortunately between you and customs rather than a surprise gift from the brand.

Why has my order not shipped yet?
Most items are made to order, so production time is normal. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. International orders under £50 are £9.99, and international orders over £50 ship free.
Is UK shipping free?
Yes. UK shipping is free on all orders.
Why might my order be produced outside Northern Ireland?
Ruby Avenue designs the artwork, but selected orders may be produced by trusted production partners closer to the customer. This is mainly used to make USA and rest-of-world delivery faster and more practical.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delays after dispatch can happen with postal services and customs. If something looks properly stuck, get in touch with your order number and the details.
Will I get tracking?
Tracking is provided where available. If your shipping service includes tracking, the details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
