Ruby Avenue orders are made to order and shipped from Northern Ireland. This page covers dispatch times, shipping prices, and the usual questions people ask once they hit checkout and remember parcels exist.

Dispatch Times
Made to order means it is not teleporting tomorrow.
Most Ruby Avenue items are made to order. That means there is a short production window before dispatch rather than a huge pile of stock waiting on a shelf trying to look busy.

The order comes through and gets queued up properly.
It gets made
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days.
It ships
Once dispatched, delivery speed depends on where it is going and how much cooperation your postal service is offering that week.
Delivery Estimates
Rough guide, not prophecy.
UK
Usually arrives within a few working days after dispatch.
Europe
Usually longer than UK delivery and can vary depending on destination and local carriers.
Rest Of World
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Some places are quick. Some are committed to the bit.
Delivery estimates are only estimates. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or general courier nonsense are outside Ruby Avenue’s control.
Tracking
When available, you will get it.
Tracking details are provided where available. Some services include full tracking, others are more limited. If tracking is included with your order, you will receive the information once the parcel has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Charges
The awkward international bit.
Ruby Avenue covers tariff and import charges for some destinations where that is built into the shipping setup, including the USA. So no, international orders are not just thrown into the post and left to fend for themselves.
That said, customs in the destination country can still decide that additional duties, taxes, handling fees, or import charges need to be paid before delivery. If that happens, those extra charges are the responsibility of the buyer rather than Ruby Avenue.
If your country decides to hold a parcel hostage until a fee is paid, that is unfortunately between you and customs rather than a surprise gift from the brand.

Why has my order not shipped yet?
Most orders are made to order and dispatch within 1–4 business days. That production time is normal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is £9.99, and free on orders over £50.
Is UK shipping free?
Yes. UK shipping is free on all orders.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delays after dispatch can happen with postal services and customs. If something looks properly stuck, get in touch with your order number and the details.
