How It Started
One hoodie for Ruby. Then things escalated.
Ruby Avenue started because I wanted to make something for my daughter, Ruby, that felt more personal than the usual designs I could find. So I made it myself.
One hoodie became more designs. Then I started making things for family and friends, followed by customers, and somewhere along the way it stopped being a small side project and became Ruby Avenue.
The name stayed because Ruby was the reason it started. The idea behind it stayed too: make graphic clothing with more personality than the generic stuff already filling enough wardrobes.
It started with Ruby.
The clothing came afterwards.

Not everything has to fit in one box.
Some designs are dark. Some are loud. Some come from mythology, manga or horror. Others start with a monster, a strange idea or something that simply looks good on a black T-shirt.

How It Is Made
Designed first. Printed when ordered.
Ruby Avenue is built around original artwork rather than shelves full of mass-produced stock. Garments are produced to order, helping keep the range flexible while letting new designs arrive without waiting for a warehouse to approve the idea.
Depending on the product and destination, orders are produced directly by Ruby Avenue or through trusted production partners. The artwork and creative direction remain Ruby Avenue from start to finish.
